What plug to use? – Unfortunately, there are several 220V plugs on the market. It is too bad that when ordering the unit, the specific plug cannot be requested with the order. Would save a lot of time and grief on pug selection. Other than that , the unit is exactly what I expected. Easy to install and use.

It does the job! – We added a 4 season porch to our house years ago. The original heating/cooling unit eventually died and needed replaced. The new Cooper and Hunter unit fit right in the existing space as advertised. It truly was easy to install and get running. Works great! It came without a remote, I called the company and they sent one to me …no cost. It arrived within a couple of days. Very happy with this online purchase.

Nice Heater/AC – After shopping several products, I finally settled on this particular unit Cooper and Hunter 9,000 BTU. Product operates very quietly and works perfectly in our room approximately 10 x 10. Plenty of heat during cold temperatures. Very satisfied with this product. However it did not come with a remote, I’m going to reach out to see if one can be supplied for this. Other than that product is really nice and very pleased.

Don’t Buy its Junk – I bought this in June of 21 here it is Nov of 21 and it will not work in heat mode ac runs great when you switch it to heat pump only electric heat and it tripps a 20 amp 220 breaker after about 5 mins called cooper and hunter they gave me the run around sent a new board had a Tech put it in still will not run in heat pump mode still tripps breaker I asked about a warranty there none I want it fixed I bought a packaged Heat pump unit
