Zero support from Emerson – Found exactly what we wanted on Amazon in a through the wall AC unit. Had it installed and then found out there is NO support on line or by phone from Emerson Very disappointed as we wanted to have a unit that was Wifi friendly so we could adjust temperature while we were away from house. No can do and nobody from the company could help. Stay away from this product if you need any help setting it up

Good unit, puts out the heat, thermostat is a little finicky – Good unit, looks nice. Comes with all the features. Took me a long time and a bit of luck to finally get my phone to pair with the AC. Phone support did take my calls and was very patient in trying to help me, but they don’t know much about technical things with the units. They would have to contact Asia for technical support, they would respond with broken English instructions that didn’t make sense.

Unable to cool a 500 square foot room. – Bought a 14,000 btu wall unit to replace an inefficient 30-year old antique wall unit. Unfortunately, the new Emerson was unable to cool down a 500 square foot room. Prior to it’s purchase I was using a10,000 btu Haier that did a better job. Very disappointed. Will return it.

Does a good job of cooling but is increadably loud. – This A/C does a good job of cooling and has many good features like wifi and smart home compatibility. The problem is how loud it is. I had to buy a set of noise canceling headphones in order to watch TV when it’s running. It’s cruel irony that they call it Quiet Kool.
