LOVE THEM! DID THEM DIY! – Haven’t needed Tech support so don’t know how they fare. Keeping house cool during summer. Electric bill has stayed very reasonable. Install was very doable for DIY. Me and a friend made it happen. Some of the instructions weren’t totally clear but common sense prevailed. If professionally installed shouldn’t cost a fortune. We bought four units because of shape of the house and is covering nicely in a 1500 sq ft house. So total cost was $2800. Now the question is, “do they heat as well as they cool?” Will let you know. Live in central Missouri.

It works pretty good – Everything about this unit is great! My one and only complaint is the the fan speed. Not enough fan power to push condition air any real distance from the front of the unit.

Probably the best investment I have ever made. – I added this wonderful air conditioner to my 10,000 sq. ft. shop. I live in southern Montana and working in my shop, with doors & windows open didn’t help. On some days the shop, with six fans going, it averaged from 88 to 96 degrees. You couldn’t get any work done. Finally, I ordered this unit from Amazon and I have been super pleased. You will have to have a qualified HVAC technician to do the installation and a qualified electrician to hardwire the unit’s wires. My unit is 110-volt and we put it on a dedicated circuit and life has been wonderful since then. What’s nice is this unit also functions as a heat pump so my shop should stay comfortable. It is amazingly quiet, you just plain do not hear it running, but you sure feel it.

Quiet operation, cools great and easy installation – We have central HVAC in our house which works great. However, my wife needs the temperature to be no higher than 65 at night to be able to sleep. Because cooling the entire house to that temperature is expensive and will shorten the life of our central units, I installed this mini-split in our bedroom.

Very quiet and works great! – We’ve had ours for about 10 months now. Definitely a life saver during humid summers. Worked really well and kept the space cool. During the winter, the heat is a little less effective but does work. Totally worth it.
