Quit working after 2 months. – Worked perfect for right at 2 months and now, no longer cools. Called their customer support and that is like pulling teeth with people that can barely speak English to say the least…. FYI, the filter is extremely clean and unit is clean as well for the doubters out there.

18,000, in a window! – It’s a R32 18kbtu made in Taiwan. Cools very good, decently quiet for a window unit. It’s a bit heavy though so you definitely need a support of some sort to hold the rear some. If you want wifi, get the 1821ERSM.
