Dependability – This without question is the quietest room air conditioner we have ever owned. We previously had two TCL’s and they rattled like an old car. This one is right beside our bed, and you can scarcely hear it running at night. It also cools much quicker than any one we had previously. I’m not sure if that’s because of it having “dual Inverter’s” or not. I’m 80 years old and fussy, and this is one great air conditioner!

Quiet, but not that cold – It’s no where near as icy cold as the old clunker I replaced due to noise and bearing failure. The compressor in that thing must have been a beast and much more power hungry… but it cranked out the cold air like an ice maker! This one is super quiet and very efficient but it’s sacrificing cold air output… which is the whole point!

Buyer beware – I was quite happy with this item for two months. Those were the two months when it actually worked. It is quiet, does a good job of cooling, and is much more energy efficient than other similar units I have used in the past. The difference in energy efficiency was very evident in my electric bills.

Awesome buy – I absolutely love this. I am not a fan of window AC, but I work from home and my office gets extremely hot with all my computer stuff. However, I finally decide to buy this product. It is affordable, and it has awesome features. I have it programed to turn on 30 min before I clock in for work, so that my office can be nice and cool by the time I am ready to clock in. The installation was simple and straight forward I did it on my own. I would recommend buying a support bracket and extra insulation foam. My office is finally comfortable.

Good AC but problem with delivery – The AC is working, but it was damaged during transportation. If that were something smaller, I would request a replacement. I hope that the seller will partially compensate for the damaged unit.
