It does not cool like an AC, just a fan – The seller wants me to pay half of the bill, and keep this item. I do not want to keep this air conditioner when it does not work. The seller said they cannot send me a shipping label, unless I pay to send it back

You have to soak it & keep water in it. – I like it but you have to soak it in water everytime you use it.

Chillwell AC is the biggest rip off product!!!! – This product will cool you if you put it 8 inches in front of your face and that is it. It CANNOT cool a small room. It can maybe cool you if sitting at your desk. But worst of all is THAT YOU CAN NOT RETURN THE PRODUCT IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED. You are on hold on the phone number for hours, and then disconnected. The email for the rephelpdesk never responds to emails about returning product. It is a total scam…..

Totally portable. Does cool air in its immediate area – Thought product had not been delivered but in fact they had done so earlier than promised. Having received the product it needed to be charged as expected. Once done it does do what the manufacturer represented. The only issue is that on battery power it will only run a couple of hours. Works well when connected to power

Does it cool a small hot room…NO – It is comical that the rating items for this are noise level, remote control function and maneuverability. All that doesn’t matter if it doesn’t cool. The fact is, in a small hot room, it DOES NOT COOL.
