What’s usable in pkg – Too much of what is Not used or needed in pkg, and Not enough of what you need in pkg so you have to keep buying extra pkgs….so we have leftovers not usable

It’s a cover – It’s okay to install, you need to drill all the holes yourself. The hardware is included. It’s unlikely that you would use all the pieces, so it can be a little wasteful. It’s a pity they don’t sell everything separately for a similar price.

Decent product, but packaging sucks. – Not the greatest, but much better of a price than the manufacturer of the split system I purchased. Be prepared for the box to be falling apart and possibly taped up big time! I ordered 2 of these (2 different times as the first kit wasn’t enough for where I ran the lines) and both times the boxes were trashed (very cheap cardboard). Luckily everything was still there. The screws in the package suck, just don’t even use them and use something better. Directions aren’t very good, but this isn’t a hard thing to install and if you can’t figure this out, then you didn’t install your mini split and have someone that has something between their ears do this for you.

Works Great and keeps your area looking good. – Great product. would just recommend to order before installation of your equipment. Some of the parts are required to be installed before full install of Mini split. overall the product does what it is intended to do. looks great when installed and easy to assemble.
