TRELC Window Air Conditioner Cover Outdoor – This is very easy to install. I appreciate that it has two straps to hold the cover in place. I ordered too large but it still works having both of the straps. The unfortunate part is that it does not keep water out at all. After the big snow storm started melting off I noticed a large bulge at the bottom of the cover. There was a large puddle of water that had built up inside. I had to cut a hole in the bottom of the cover for drainage. I will be looking for another cover that actually keeps water out.

Pre- owned !!!!! – When we received the cover, it showed that it had been opened before. There were seed thistles on the straps in a 2″ bunch. We had to pick them out to use the cover. It was not advertised as pre-owned. Will you look into this. We had to use it due to the weather.
